Architecture, Design
AD Magazine invited Karl Lagerfeld to devise the french edition for the month of May. Improvised editor, Mr Chanel took the opportunity to present, in addition to his favorite designers and creators, his new parisian apartment. 350m2 located in a building of the Rive Gauche, dating from 1820 and restored according to his wishes. Interior – as the owner – cold, elegant and precise, the residence is photographed by the stylist himself. A virtual visit of his world, private as professional, that doesn’t hide his love for the pieces of Martin Szekely and the Jean-Marie Massaud’s armchairs. Among the mobilized designers, let’s also name Marc Newson, Ronan & Erwan Bouroullec or still Amanda Levete.
