AIBS by Bruno Erpicum
Built in Spain in 2002, according to the plans of the Atelier d’Architecture Bruno Erpicum & Partners (AABE – Belgium), this residence is located at 159m of altitude. A perfect position to enjoy quietness and serenity. Shared among two levels – the sleepingrooms and bathrooms on the upper floor -, it takes profit from the view and the environment thanks to large picture windows. The adjacent cliff surrounds the patio while the swimming pool runs towards the precipice, parallel to the building and beyond the terrace. Sobriety characterizes this house. Black frames and white walls, wooden credenzas and dark floors, the interior benefits from an abundant natural light piercing on both sides. An ideal retreat, decorated with taste, offering a living space of 400m2 and pictured by Jean-Luc Laloux.
