Architecture
Located in Soglio (Switzerland), this residence is an former farm renovated according to the plans of the Helvetian architect Armando Ruinelli. Shared among three levels, the living space offers four rooms (with bathroom), a courtyard, a living room, an open kitchen , a study and a loggia. To respect the picturesque surroundings of the village, the outer facades have been kept and reinforced with inner concrete walls. The large windows have been lined with vertical struts made of oak that can slide to adjust the entering light. A nice project that perfectly merges tradition and modern architecture.
